Last before week I got to install toad 9.7.2.5 version. When I create an object, I do see an message saying "This version of toad provides readonly access"
After lots of googling, trials I got to know the solution.
Its pretty simple, we need to copy "toad.lic" file to the location "C:\Program Files\Quest Software\TOAD". The toad.lic from the previous version can also be used from the installation folder (C:\Program Files\Quest Software\TOAD)
